At Waypharm (USA) LLC, we do our best to make sure all of your questions are addressed. For all orders originating in the United States, we ship FDA approved medication. Licensed United States and European products are carefully evaluated and handled with a high level of professionalism. We do not deal in non-licensed products. Processing your order takes two to four business days once we have received all your information and qualified you as a client; shipping takes two to ten days. If you have not received your order within two weeks please contact us. If you have not received your order three weeks after shipping we will either refund your payment or reship the order. If you place several orders at a given date they will be consolidated and shipped in one time. Your invoice will always arrive from the customer service center.


Return Policy:


Due to the nature of our products and our Good Distribution Practices, we are not able to accept returns. All sales are final once shipped.

All medicine products available in other countries may not be available from Waypharm (USA) LLC.
If for any reason the medication you have requested is not available we will contact you as soon as possible and suggest approved generic substitution.

We make generic substitutions wherever possible to maximize your savings, unless you or your prescription specifies otherwise.
